- My Quechua Tent is Broken! what can i do?
I bought a Quechua brand tent while backpacking in Europe and the the tent pole split. I'm in America now, they don't sell these here. It was expensive 2009 limited edition tent. So does anybody know how to contact quechua to get it fixed or if I can get it fixed? or if I can order new poles from the company? Because i liked it alot for the few months it worked and I have no reciept and can't find contact info for Quechua, so if anybody knows anything Thanks, American's do not make pop up tents yet or extemely waterproof tents, such as this one. They are special tent poles made to bend up, what i really need is Quechua's contact info but i don't know where to find it.
A I don't know where your at but in my area the local Army navy store sells replacement tent poles. try that. A simple search I found their web site http://www.quechua.com/EN/t4-1-4228162/ I find their tents to be of less quality then Colman products and they don't have a stay dry guarantee. They do use common tent pole costruction similar to what is available at my local Army navy supply store.
