Outdoor Screened Tents

- Outdoor Air Conditioned Room?
My mom has severe COPD and is on oxygen 24/7 and needs to be inside with air conditioning in the summers. We live on the lake and I'd love to find a way that she could be down on the beach with everyone else when we have people over. I've seen big screened tent structures which are large enough to cover a picnic table...if I could find something like that which had plastic instead of screen and could use a small window air conditioner to cool it, she could be with everyone else and see the kids swim and such. I'm not sure such a thing is even feasible and haven't been able to find anything like that on the internet. Another option might be building an outdoor room but all the info I find for that, they show very expensive structures and ideally I'd love this structure to be summer-time only as it will slightly block mom's view if it is there year round. Any suggestions? I know this is kind of a crazy question, but I'd love for her to be able to be with the family and comfortable.

A They make portable air conditioners. You could consider some type of screened-in shade and have the air conditioner blow in her direction. That wouldn't cool the entire area, but it would be cooler than a fan and easy to assemble/disassemble.

- I'm looking for a fabric paint that can withstand the demands that come with outdoor use.?
I am painting a vinyl tent that will be used outdoors. I am trying to save money by not getting it professionally silk screened, so any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

A They carry fabric paints at most stores that work,, if they can be washed it will stand out side weather ,, i did some shirts for a pilots group that meet every year,, I still see the shirts 4 years later and they look good,, bought the stuff at hobby loby
